IB Middle Years Programme Application

Welcome and thank you for your interest in the Franklin High School International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (MYP) for grades 7–10.

Application Information

We are now accepting applications for the 2025–2026 school year. All applications must be submitted online.

Required Documents

In addition to completing the online application, please email the following documents:

  • Most recent report card
  • Attendance report
  • Discipline/behavior report
  • iReady or similar test scores

Documents should be emailed to: ereyes@stocktonusd.net

Documents may also be turned in to Ms. Acevedo, Registrar, in the Administration Building (B-Building). The application must still be submitted online.

Application Steps

  1. Submit the online application form
  2. Email or submit all required documents
  3. Complete one essay prompt within the application
  4. Email Mrs. Reyes immediately after submitting the application
Application Deadline: March 1, 2025
Applications submitted after this date will be placed on a waiting list and processed on a first-come, first-served basis as space allows.

Essay Prompts

In 250 words, please respond to one of the following:

  1. Describe yourself at 25 years of age. What kind of person are you? How did you become this person and why?
  2. Describe the person who has inspired you the most and explain what you admire about them.

Sample Confirmation Email

Please email Mrs. Reyes immediately after submitting your application. You may copy and paste the sample email below, replacing it with your own information.
